We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may be displayed differently depending on your computers settings. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered just return it within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement if requested - no questions asked. Please notify us by email before returning any items.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. In the interest of hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call on 01634 780335 or email email@example.com to organise a return.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
UK packages: £2.50 standard postage or £7 special delivery
All packages within the UK can be sent by normal 1st class mail or Special delivery and this can be selected during check out. We will take full responsibility for items whilst in transit and if we feel additional insurance needs to be taken out to cover the order then this will be done at no extra cost to the buyer.
Overseas packages: £3.50 any country worldwide
All overseas deliveries will be sent via airmail and it will be at our discretion as to the use of 'international signed for' to increase the level of insurance at no cost to the buyer.
